2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(1)Articles of association or acts of donation (or abstract of the applicant's family records, if the applicant is not a juridical person);
(2)Copy of commercial register, latest balance sheet and the income statement(or certificate of assets or tax payment, if the applicant is not a juridical person);
(3)Any documents attesting to permission or approval regarding the concession concerned, in cases where permission or approval from the government authorities concerned is required.
3. The provisions under Article 7 paragraph 3 shall apply accordingly to the case of an approval under paragraph 1.
Article 12-(2). Any person who will engage in a commercial enterprise on the leased lands, in the buildings or any other facilities which are located within the airport managed by the government, except, however, those persons who are subject to approval under paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, shall (other than persons who have been granted a license to engage in General Passenger Transport Service by Means of Motor Bus, or General Passenger Transport Service by Means of Chartered Motor Vehicle under the provisions of Article 4 paragraph 1 of the Road Transport Law (Law No. 183, 1953) in relation to the performance of their activities; or those who are permitted to engage in Special Passenger Transport Service by Means of Motor Vehicle in accordance with the provisions of Article 43 paragraph 1 of the same Law (referred to as “a carrier of passengers by motor vehicle” in the following Article, or those who have been granted a license under the applicable provisions of the Civil Aeronautics Law and Cargo Transport and Handling Service Law), submit to the Airport Administrator an application for approval, in duplicate, giving the information specified in each subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article.
2. The provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 of the preceding paragraph, shall also apply accordingly.
Article 12-(3). Any person who will engage in a commercial enterprise at the airport, except, however, persons who are subject to approval under Article 12 paragraph 1 or paragraph of the preceding Article, shall (other than a carrier of passengers by motor vehicle (except those concessionaires who are operating a commercial activity on the leased lands, buildings or other facilities within the airport) or those who have been granted a license under the applicable provisions of the Civil Aeronautics Law and Cargo Transport and Handling Service Law for operating their business) submit to the Airport Administrator, in advance, the information specified under subparagraph of Article 12 paragraph 1.
